Norman is a business solution specialist and has a successful track record of managing risk, while utilizing data analysis to increase the bottom line — thus enabling the leadership team to focus on core business, and scale the company for growth.

Norman has acquired global experience in Executive financial roles with companies and subsidiaries in Europe, UK, US, Canada and South Africa. Norman has worked in diverse industries, including e-Commerce, Technology, Retail, Mining, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing and Automotive.

Norman has been instrumental in helping companies in turnaround situations and improved shareholder value within a number of companies.

Norman has provided both strategic and objective advisory services, and firmly believes transparency across the leadership team is key to success. His advisory expertise has spanned rapid scaling of start-up companies, business restructuring, change management, with an emphasis on risk management and cost optimization.

Norman graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rhodes University and was in the CA program and completed his articles in public accounting in South Africa.

Norman obtained his MBA from Telford School of Management at the University of Ottawa and is a Certified Management Consultant and Management Accountant.

He is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
