Barton is a Business Development, Sales and Management professional with over 20 years of experience. Solutions oriented, collaborative and strategic, he has acted as Director of Operations for AVEDA Institutes, with over $30 Million USD in sales.

Having opened a total of 105 AVEDA Salons and Spas in Florida, and 12 restaurants across three (3) states, Bart has worked with world-renowned Celebrity Chefs Mark Miller and David Burke, garnering inspiring leadership and operations experience.

Responsible for demographic opportunity analysis, real estate selection, profit and loss, sales forecasting and complete operations upstarts; Bart has demonstrated profound understanding of the importance of relationship development, deep listening, and consistency in exceeding client expectations.
