The annual Startup Pitch Competition was held May 19-26, 2022 allowing startups to showcase their work — and the impact it created for communities, organizations and individuals globally.
GlOF is a global digital platform promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) for advocates, activists and practitioners. As an active digital community of DEI professionals, GIOF aims to create better workplaces everywhere, all around the world.
The Panel of judges noted that DA’s work in digital accessibility, including audits, checks, Accessibility Consulting & Expert Support, Accessibility Web-Development and most importantly, Accessibility Training — offers lasting impact within organizations, who use these services to enable their internal teams to provide digitally accessible offerings to their own clients.
Special thought was given to the inclusion of the 20-30% of people living with some form of disability, on a global basis, and how this work can impact their opportunities, quality of life, and quality of work.
